Q.  What is the Shipping Time?

A. Shipping time is dependent upon your location.  Most cases 5-15 business days.  Why? items are custom made upon your order request.

Q. What is your Refund policy?

A. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.  Why? refunds run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint.  So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic and we'll give you your money back in full.  Then, if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Q.  I placed one order, why are my items being delivered separately?

A. Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

  • Snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors
  • Totes
  • Mugs
  • Pillows with stuffing
  • Framed posters

Q.  Are there any specific care instructions?

A. Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:

 Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Q.  My Order shows it is being returned to sender, what do I do?

A.  There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include for International, the package being unclaimed at customs or refused by the customer.

Please contact us if this is your issue.  Be Advised...New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
